These Terms govern use of Arcora website, AutoCAD plugin, and related services.
2. Service Use
Arcora provides collaboration and synchronization tools. Access may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. User Data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Arcora the right to process, store, transmit, and modify such data as necessary to operate the service.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
- Data may be stored temporarily or persistently
- No guarantee of retention period
- Arcora may delete data at its discretion
- You are responsible for backups
5. Collaboration and Data Consistency
Arcora provides collaboration and synchronization features that involve the transmission and application of changes across multiple clients, devices, or environments.
- Due to the nature of distributed systems, Arcora does not guarantee that all clients will always have identical or fully synchronized states at any given time.
- Differences in network conditions, software environments, AutoCAD versions, or user actions may result in delays, conflicts, overwrites, or inconsistencies in data.
- You acknowledge that collaborative editing may result in data conflicts or unintended changes, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating your data.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcora is not responsible for any inconsistency, conflict, overwrite, or loss of data arising from the use of collaboration or synchronization features.
